We are dedicated to providing awesome service and great products. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer change of mind refunds/ replacements. Should your product arrive damaged though we can offer you a refund or replacement within 14 days of the product arriving. We’ll require photos of damage and receipt. Not all refund/replacements will be accepted and replacements will be limited to stock availability. To discuss a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org. When you email please include receipt #, full name, shipping address, explanation of damage.
*Refunds may not include shipping costs and will only be using the method received.
*Change of mind includes all reasons other than the leggings are damaged.
Lovely Leggings only ships around Australia at the current time. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment received. Subject to all ordered items being in stock. If there are any issues supplying any items you have purchased we’ll contact you via email to offer an alternative solution or refund.
Shipping time frames are currently provided by Australia Post.
All our items are currently shipped out via Australia Post. Items up to $100 get will receive automatic insurance via Australia Post in the case of receiving damage during transit.
If over $100 orders are made you’ll get the option to pay a little more for your shipping to include insurance. If you decided to not include insurance we at lovely leggings do not offer refunds or replacement on items damaged in transit by Australia Post.
If over $200 orders are made and you want to get insurance you’ll need to contact us via email@example.com as no insurance options will automatically be available from the website. We’ll be able to calculate this for you. Any orders made without contacting us will not have the insurance and Lovely Leggings accepts no responsibility of damage during transit.
We do our very best to ensure all information on our website and all relevant media is correct and up to date. In the case that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Lovely Leggings reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale and cancel orders with refunds for relevant item(s). Lovely Leggings will contact you via the email used to place the order if this occurs. Refunds will only be provided using the method received.
Lovely Leggings and staff do not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website or any website linked to this website. Lovely Leggings reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. technical errors, fraudulent activity, not for personal use etc.) We will make reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on details provided with the order and refund monies received using the original payment method.
Here at Lovely Leggings our currency used is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Our social media pages were set up to be an inspiration for women all around Australia to share their experiences and love for what we offer. We do our best to respond to all posts and comments however in some cases it may not be possible. For any urgent requests please go to our contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to remove any posts that are considered spam or offensive without notification or justification. You also can not use our social media for any promotions that are not first approved by Lovely Leggings.
If you tag any images with @onlylovelyleggings you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Lovely Leggings the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation or compensation.
If you use send any photos to us via Facebook or instagram you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Lovely Leggings the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation or compensation.
When you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation that the order has been received.
You’ll receive a 2nd notification with a tracking number for your order.
The third email will be sent when the order has been shipped.
You may receive emails outside these three. We do our best to avoid spamming you and at any point you can notify us via the contact page or by email email@example.com to let us know our contacts are bothersome.
Some emails outside of this can include: Notification of items left in cart, Feedback on how you found your leggings, Promotions for sales, offers and discounts. Any refunds/ replacements/cancellations or confirmation of orders, Australia Post tracking.
We do not provide your email to anyone else.
